::Great service, delivered the car to us, charged a very fair amount for small scrape, and for not filling up. We dropped the car off near the university, not super well signed, but just park in back. Also they coped with our lack of arabic. Honest and clear. Car was clean, and we had a free upgrade that was powerful enough to deal w the hills. Once you get out of Amman it is very easy.

They even brought the vehicle from Amman to Aqaba and the pick up was as well in a location we selected ourselves. ::The service was great. We arrived 1h hour later to the meeting point because of the flight. The person waiting for us arrived in no time to pick us up. The contract and payment and all other things happened very quick, with no hassle at all. We even received some upgrade on the house. The car worked perfectly throughout the journey. The person picking us up was very friendly, client-oriented and explained everything very well. He wrote the bruises the car already had and we had no problem when we returned it. They were extremely professional and quick in answering all my questions (there were a lot :) ) before booking the car. I highly recommend this company.

::Monte Carlo staff was very helpful : they offered to come to assist us when we had a flat tyre (that we eventually managed to get repaired) and when I had to submit a claim to my insurance company, they were very helpful in providing all the documents required by the insurance company, including liaising with the garage to provide additional documents that the insurance company asked for. Note that Monte Carlo can offer attractive rates because it is not located inside the airport. You need to be very accurate on your travel arrangements so that Monte Carlo staff can meet you when you arrive and drop you when you fly back.
