  They promised to drop off a car at a specific time and didn't show up. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. An hour late the owner called and apologized and dropped off the car within 15 mins. I was pretty disappointed at first, but then he brought it on time. Make sure to get the guys personal number to call him if you need anything. Rental car was good. Not the newest and shiniest. But it was in good condition, clean, and worked well. Would rent from them again.
