::Not responsive, not prepared for reception, not clean and not maintained, does not deserve a one star even!! Surprised how they are a four star hotel!!! They were not answering our phone calls! Not recommended for booking.

::You get what you pay for. This place is extremely depressing. Drab, unfriendly staff with no personality. In the middle of nowhere, no place to catch a taxi, the hotels taxi will cost you 5 times what a regular taxi will charge. They are pushy and will aggressively pester you to pay for a tour or a trip to the dead sea. The beds are so uncomfortable, it's like sleeping on a trampoline. The air conditioner blows out warm air. Breakfast here wont keep you going for very long. It is just toast, boiled eggs and tin food. Tin hummus, tin olives, tin broad beans. Gross luncheon meat that looks and tastes like dog food, processed square cheese, some manky salad. Coffee is instant. Milk is powdered. The ladies toilets in reception are extremely high which is strange since Arab women are notorious for being short.
