  Had an issue with the first car, the cigarette lighter didn't work. They replaced it the same day with a nicer car.

  Don't rent cars from this company in jordan; budget is good in other countries.... I took one car from budget queen alia airport ; and when i had a problem in the gear i called for an assistance ; the reply was they have no available cars to exchange and even no body came for assistance!!! I was obliged to return the. Ar by myself and to rent from another. Impany! This will never happen in all the wellknown car rent companies in any part of the world.... If you want to come to jordan forget about budget company for renting a car.....

  I don't advice people to try budget company in jordan...... I had a bad experience with them... I had a car from budget in the airport of queen alia amman ; and when i had a problem in the gear i called them; the reply was they have no cars to exchange and no. Ody even came to assist!!! Im shocked till. Ow from a reply from a. Ompany like budget....
