  The hotel is by far the best place we stayed in Amman with incomparable facilities, catering and quality of stay. The service is absolutely outstanding wih a team always ready to cater to any of your need a and foreseeing any requests. Mikel the e insider and the rest of the staff is extremely dedicated to making your stay absolutely flawless with constant attentions that make the visit even more special. Amenities are flawless and of the highest quality. Breakfast is worthy of a 5 star restaurant and well worth the additional cost. Spa is very pleasant with an extremely warming staff. Definitely recommending this place for anyone looking for a perfect stay

  Fabulous experience in Amman ! Only my second trip to Amman but this hotel has changed my whole view on the entire city (no exaggeration !). Staff is SO well trained and helpful. Food is WAY above normal hotel standard. Rooms are so fresh and have everything you could possibly need. I stay in a hotel *frequently* for business (at least 2x / month) and this one has superceded any normal business traveler requirements. Have not had such a pleasant experience in years. Will definitely be back. If you are in Amman do not stay anywhere else.

  After a snafu with the hotel booked through our tour, we found a room for three nights at the newly-opened W via the SPG app, and were blown away by the quality of the service as soon as we arrived there. The rooms are fairly big, the bed extremely comfortable, and the hotel has all the amenities one requires - including an espresso machine in the room. After we found the pillows too soft, the hotel provided hard ones, which were probably the best pillows we have ever slept on - even when compared to our expensive Tempur ones back home! The service was top-notch, with the staff being very attentive, sometimes too much so and bordering on being annoying. But this can be forgiven since the hotel was only open for three days when we arrived, so the enthusiasm levels were very high. All the managers made it a point to meet & greet us, and to ensure that we were happy, a very nice and appreciated gesture. The restaurant is simply amazing - in particular their pasta dishes, and again, the service is excellent. The hotel is conveniently located in the Abdali Boulevard, with plenty of cafés, upmarket shops, and a mall within a 5 minute walk. The only criticism is that the W is not cheap - food and drinks are very expensive, but then again, that's on par with the rest of Jordan. After leaving Amman, we toured Jordan for 8 days and came back to W for one last night before flying out, and our waiter organised a farewell gift for us - probably the best cheesecake we have ever tasted. After experiencing the other hotels, we can safely say the W is in a league of its own. If you ever find yourself in Amman, this is THE hotel to stay at!

  Splendid place.... in a second you feel your out of Amman. Ask for Junior for a special drink...he rocks

  Still under the opening phase very friendly happy hotel moderate/expansive.. Great view great rooms and an amazing atmosphere..not opened yet
