  انا وعائلتي مقيمين حاليا في الفندق الرائع الخدمه ممتازه الغرف ممتازه جدا من اجمل الفنادق في عمان المعامله رائعه جدا سوف نرجع مره اخرى في فتره الاعياد

  It is a great hotel in a very developing area of Amman where new tall buildings are constructing and where one can find luxurious malls. The staff is very polite and helpful. The views are spectacular and the rooms spacious. Also breakfast is really great. A few suggestions might be that the wooden parts of the rooms need some maintenance, and that the glass windows need cleaning and one complaint is that one day when returned our bed wasn’t made.

  It was my wedding night, the welcoming was very poor. We walked into the lobby wearing our wedding dresses; one of the receptionist didn’t even bother to say anything to me until I asked my bride to have a seat and I walked to him asking him for my reservation then he asked me to have a seat and someone will be with me shortly, after 15 min no one show up and I’m looking at them checking in people who came after me. I stood up, walked to them and asked them again and they have no idea about me sitting with my bride and waiting for them “in the front of them” we checked in for the first night of our life; we woke up at 4am hearing a loud knocking noise on the room windows “wires to hang the windows cleaning people from the outside” we didn’t know it’s wires until the sunlight when I open the curtains and saw the man cleaning the windows in my face! Imaging my wife done that, then it is going to be a law suits!! Last thing was me requesting empty bags three times no one responded. Supervisor on duty was aware of everything happened to me. Thank you for the awesome view and the cleanliness of the hotel. ليلة عرسنا ودخلنا باواعي العرس ما حد استقبلنا غير تبعون ال valet الله يجزيهم الخير... أدخلنا لعند موظف الاستقبال ما حكى معي لانه مشغول مش فاضي وصلت لعنده وطلبت منه يعملي check in حكالي تفضل اجلس وهلا بيجي حدا وبعمل إجراءاتك وانت جالس.. انتظرنا ١٥ دقيقه عريس وعروس والرايح والجاي بطلع علينا وما حد حكى معنى والنَّاس الي دخلت الأوتيل بعدنا صارت بغرفها.. وقفت ورحت حكيت معهم مره ثانيه وطبعا الشخص الي حكالي تفضل مو موجود والاثنين الموجودين ما معهم خبر عن وجودنا. أعطوني المفتاح وخلصت موضوعي وطلعت عالغرفه وعالاربعه الصبح بصحى على صوت أسلاك بتضرب بالشباك بصوت عالي ومزعج وما عرفت انهم أسلاك وحبال لطلوع الضو لما فتحت البرداي وطلع بوجهي الرجل الي ينظف الشبابيك من الخارج والحمدلله انه انا الي فتحت البرداي مش زوجتي ولا ما كان صار خير لإدارة الفندق... غيرولنا الغرفة وبهدله النقل من غرفه لغرفه الصبح لحالها بهدله.. اخر شي بعد يومين بدنا نطلع طلبت اكياس فاضيه تلت مرات من الاستقبال وما حد نفذ الطلب ولاحتى رجعلي... وشكرا كتير عالنظافه والمشهد ال

  We got a good deal and enjoyed our mid week stay here. The breakfast was excellent. The only down side was the taxi service outside. There was no proper rank and the ones there were trying to rip travellers off. A problem throughout Amman.
