  Beautiful and fascinating display of traditional Palestinian embroidery and weaving. Conveys a powerful image of the culture. Worth a visit even if embroidery isn't 'your thing.'

  I'm a big embroidery fan and there were lots of great explanations and beautiful samples. The English signs made every thing easy for me. It's fairly small but I spent a happy hour here then bought a rare embroidery book in the shop.

  A genuine, hard-worked on and wide ranging collection of mainly traditional Jordanian and Palestinian embroidery and dressing up paraphernalia, depicting and representing the typical key embroidery patterns for the different regions/ towns in the area. It also covers the ancient dressing code for all occasions. This is in fact a valuble cultural and historical museum for mainly Palestine and Jordan. The collections took Widad a lifetime of research, outreach, spending and hard work to aquire, document and present.
