::I called before going to ask about a certain carpet I was looking for, and they said yes yes we have it. So I drove all the way there to only find out that he meant he has in ONLINE and it takes about 3 to 6 weeks to come........ I don't understand why the need to lie just to bring a customer in when in reality such a thing made me just turn around and walk out. Find a better more trust worthy way to run your "high end" business.
