  Chic apartment hotel, where you really feel comfortable stay. Our apartment was 2 bedrooms equipped with free Wi-Fi, 2.5 bathroom, 3 TVs, full kitchen, washing machine, dining table, a store, huge balcony, underground parking and the list goes on…. The hotel apartments are located on the Abdali Boulevard which is one of the modernist area in Amman. Also next to the Abdali Mall in one end Amman Rotana Hotel.

  المكان والموقع مناسبين لكن عدم توفر مواقف للسيارات وخدمة ركن السياره ليست بالمجان كما هو موضح في المنشور لذالك أجد هذه عادة جداً سيئه أن تتفاجئ خلاف الواقع وأن خدمة ركن السياره لشركة أخرى على غرار بعض الفنادق بالمجان غير ذالك أنهم غير مسؤلين عن أي تلف في المركبه أو فقدان محتوياتها إذا لم تكن الثقه من أهم معاير الخدمه فماذا بقي ؟ أتمنى تحسين الخدمه لأني ارى مستقبل جداً باهر لروتانا بوليفارد لكم أقم بتعديل أي شيء كوني مرشد محلي لكن أرغب أن يكون التعديل من المالك وتقبل نقدي المأمول منه أن يكون بناءً لا إيجاد السلبيات فقط مع ذالك أجد الراحه في الغرف غير أن قسم التنظيف عليه أن يهتم بمستلزمات الغرف والاجنحه من اداوت صحيه كفرشاة الاسنان ومستلزمات اخرى

  اقمت بالفندق اسبوع كامل النظااافه كانت صفرررر جدا سيئه السويت كلها غبار ووبر والكبتات قممه بالغبره والحماااام جدا وصخ لا يمكن استعماله لوجود الغبره والبقع الارضياء جدا مؤرفه وعمال التنظيف لا يستخدمون الماء لتنظيف الارضيات ولا الاسطح فقط يرش من البخاخ ويسمح بالفوطه للتواليت والمغسله وتم التعليق اكثر من مره ولا يوجد تغيير قمت انا بشراء المنظفات والتنظيف بنفسي للشعور بالراحه وتخفيف ريحه الحمامات لسبب كثره الوصخ عليها واابقع القديمه والقهر عند التعليق على طريقه التنظيف يتم على نفس الموضوع لا يغسلووووون بالماااء فقط الرش والمسح فقطططططط للاسف للاسف لا يسوى المبلغ المدفوع وعند طلب الاكل مره يسمحون بتوصيله عن طريق موظف الفندق ومره لايسمح لان هذه هي سياسه الفندق .. بعني عالمزاج ولا يعرفون معنى المساعده فقط كلام بدون فعل قمت بزياره كثيييير من الفنادق بالعالم ولكن نفس هذه المعامله لم ارى اخر مره اسكن فيه وتجربه لن تتكرر لا لي ولا لاهلي ولا لاصدقائي

  I've lived at the Arjaan for about 5 months and unfortunately my stay comes to an end tomorrow. The room was by far excellent. It was big and spacious. Room service was also very good as well as the waiting staff. My room was cleaned everyday and very sanitary. The housekeeper that personally tended to my room is a gentleman named Nader. I built somewhat of a friendship with the guy despite our language barrier. He paid attention on how I wanted the room cleaned and executed with precise detail. Him alone is the reason why I'm writing this good review. So go ahead and book a room. With the Boulevard close by and plenty of amenities to enjoy, you won't regret it.

  Location is perfect and near to many services either during the day time or late night. The hotel itself is clean and prepared well especially for families. Price is a bit over. Reaching the hotel is a bit tricky and they have to inform the guest about the building number before the arrival. So I advise guests to call and ask before they arrive. I stayed in Building one and four,but I liked the staff of building four. Check-in time need to be improved. Room dining was good but it takes 45-55 min to prepare an order. I recommend it for families who want to stay near to the city center.
