  Stay away! Zero stars! Zero customer service! They damaged an expensive sweater for one of my guest. They washed it instead of dry cleaning, then they denied they did it, then they promised to fix it, but never show up because they knew I am traveling. This is not a place to trust if you care about your clothes and money.
