  O espaço para as refeições não é suficiente para os hóspedes. Mau serviço na parte de restaurante.

  أفضل موقع في عمان شارع المدينة المنورة الحيوي جميع الخدمات بالقرب منك نظيف ويوجد مواقف سفلية للسيارات والإفطار عندهم لذيذ والأسره مريحة لكن يعيبه ازعاج السيارات ممتاز جدا للعوائل

  Wow - thoroughly impressed - as an Australian tourist travelling into Jordan I was more then welcomed and nothing was a bother . The chefs were a delight to chat with at the buffet breakfast and was happy to teach me some Jordanian slang 👍really appreciate the kind nature of the staff... they also lent me a power adaptor to charge my phone etc. great clean facilities also

  My hotel stay here has been very pleasant so far. I booked 16 nights here and i am 8 nights in. It is not common to find a strong hot shower in Amman, but this hotel definitely figured that out. Taking a shower here is like treating yourself to a spa. The staff are so friendly, almost too friendly lol. The hotel i stayed at before i checked in here was Geneva hotel, the staff there was very rude and knew absolutely nothing about customer service, and you can google Geneva Hotel Amman and read my experience there. Im glad to say my stay here at Sulaf has been nothing like the bad experience i had at Geneva. If you want a pleasant stay in Amman without paying way too much, stay here. It is best to call the front desk and even negotiate on the price rather than booking online. Great Hotel

  يتميز الفندق بنظافته وسعة حجم الغرف ومكانه المتميز في شارع المدينة الحيوي .. والعاملين على قدر المسؤولية في خدمة النزلاء .. لكن ما أعيبه - شخصياً - الإزعاج الشديد من جهتين : أولاً: أصوات السيارات من الشارع. وثانياً: المدرسة التي خلف الفندق، من ناحية إزعاج الطلاب في الصباح، وفي الفترة المسائية يتم تأجير الملعب للشباب، ففي أحد أيام إقامتي استمر لعبهم وإزعاجهم إلى الساعة الثانية صباحا! وأمر آخر: لا تستطيع التحكم بدرجة حرارة الغرفة إلا من خلال الاتصال على الاستقبال!
