  This is a one floor furniture store with Three customer support counters, all staffed. I wanted to return a curtain in an unopened box but could not. Their policy accepts exchange after less than three days of purchase, I bought mine four days ago. The support clerk offered to ask her supervisor for exchange but the supervisor was away and nobody knew when he was coming back.
