  Horrible customer service! I bought tickets online for a concert as a birthday gift to a friend, was told they'd be sent to me via email, but they never were. So I contacted customer service asking for a refund because it was the night of the concert and I still had no tickets, and didn't hear back from anyone whatsoever. Waste of money and a terrible experience!! I won't be buying anything through Sajilni again, that's for sure.
