::It was a good hotel. We needed help in regards to our AC in the room which was sorted asap. The staff was very courteous n smiling ready to help anytime. Keep the same and good work going on.

::I had a very bad experience. The carpets are bad and old. Walls are dirty. The fridge is gross. The AC was not working in a lot of rooms. I had to call reception 3 different times to get the AC fixed. The reception was not being cooperative. They could not give me an explanation on why the AC kept breaking down 3 different times in 1 night. I asked of they could move me to a different room but they said no. Finally they fixed the AC at 10:40pm after lot of fighting with the reception guy. I had a horrible experience. I will never come back again. Food was good though.

::This is a tough hotel to review. On the exterior, this appears to be a 4-5 star hotel. However, it feels like some minor problems have been covered up rather than actually dealt with. For example, the bed was fairly comfortable, but there were a couple of broken springs in the mattress that shouldn't happen in a luxury hotel. The bathrooms were nice, but the towels were torn in a couple of places, again, this shouldn't happen in a luxury hotel. The shower was gigantic and had 2 different spray heads, but the overhead "rain" fixture had a huge leak that made a little fountain above it. Once again, a minor issue that shouldn't happen in a luxury hotel. I'm not sure if it's a cultural thing or if it's a language barrier but I wouldn't call the service really friendly and amazing, but I would say the service was cordial and competent. Anything I requested was taken care of in a reasonable time and handled efficiently. Overall the stay here was nice and pleasant. The sad thing is that they really wouldn't have to do that much to get to a much higher level and truly compete with the luxury hotels.

::The hotel lobby looks great, staff is well trained. I stayed for one night. I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel. The room was decent. Comparing to usual 4 stars, the room did not have free water as a welcome, it had a small TV with a regular receiver that sat in the table, regular bathtub, and one type of electrical wall outlet that made it impossible to charge phones, so bring a multi type wall plugs. Otherwise, a very nice stay, quite and comfortable
