  Nice rooms, use earplugs as sound travels easily. Staff a little relaxed in their service (later food and return of laundry) but friendly and helpful.

  Near the Galeria Mall, that's the only good thing I can say about this hotel. It's an old hotel that really need a major upgrade. Everything looks old.

  Had a good stay.. Street next to this hotel is looks like European region.. Really a nice place for staying..

  A hotel with nice staff members but things do not always work, e.g. my window was left open in winter, leaving me wondering why the room was cold when I returned after the day's activities; spray at the bidet kept dripping even after I got the staff to attend to it. But very accommodating staff members.
