  Qasr al-Hallabat is located 25 km northeast of Zarqaa and north of the paved road that connects the city of Zarqa to the Blue Oasis. It is believed that its early beginnings date back to the Nabataean period and that it represented in this period a commercial station. قصر الحلابات يقع على بعد 25 كم شمال شرق الزرقاء وإلى الشمال من الطريق المعبدة التي تصل مدينة الزرقاء بواحة الأزرق ويعتقد أن بداياتها الأولى تعود للفترة النبطية وأنه كان يمثل في هذه الفترة محطة تجارية
