  For such little money you can't expect any luxury. What really counts is a wonderful approach and a hosting skill of the hostel owner and his staff - be kind and they'll give it straight back to you! Show a little appreciation and they will create an unforgettable atmosphere in one of the most beautiful sights of the world I've ever visited. Petra&Wadi Musa on a strict budget ended up being my favourite destination ever. Greatly coz of the Orient Gate staff & its other guests who stayed over in Feb 2017 xx

  Run down place. A total disaster - dirty, dusty, smelly rooms; truly nasty bathroom; no toilet paper, no towels; both the door to the bathroom and to the room didn't lock properly. Poor breakfast and I dont even want to think of the kitchen hygiene. The owner wanted us to pay in cash before even handing us the room key. We were two girls travelling together and we didn't feel safe at all in this place. It's cheap but you can get something in Petra at least decent for a few JODs more.
