  Awesome place to be in. Since it is on the mountain, the panoramic view of the nature is stunning. The place is believed to be the place where God the Father spoke to Moses. The place is well maintained and clean. The nominal fee for the visit is for the upkeep of this place. The washrooms are clean and tidy. A must visit place if you are in Jordan.

  Used to be my favourite place in all Jordan. Still a great sense of Spirituality there, great views, the cross, encouraging scripture, and the historic church. However there seems something fundamentally wrong about paying to worship God!!!

  Although Mount Nebo has noteworthy religious significance, the views from the mountain top are quite stunning. I would recommend seeing the mountain early on in your travels as the vista of Palestine, Jerusalem and the dead sea give you a dramatic heads-up.

  Amazing place. A must visit. The bathrooms were so clean and nice smelling aroma soap in the middle of rocky desert. The holy place is really holy.

  Biblical sites are rarely this well maintained or managed, though there is little to recommend a visit unless you are madly into modern religious architecture or gullible enough to believe the spurious claims made regarding Old Testament prophets. Panoramic views help a lot though, as do the super clean facilities (which, if you’ll pardon the pun, were a blessing).
