  We rented a car for our road trip from Aqaba to Amman with Monte Carlo and we are very satisfied with the service. We offered us a complementary upgrade and a portable internet device, which made our trip easier and more comfortable. I was very satisfied with the service and the customer service and I can totally recommend this company

  Monte Carlo did a great job : - we had a flat tyre and struggled at the garage, Monte Carlo staff offered to come to assist us. Hopefully, we could find someone to assist us and the flat tyre was repaired at little cost. - we had to submit a claim to our insurance company. Monte Carlo staff was very reactive and also liaised with the garage to have additional supporting documents prepared. Philippe Hoang

  We have just returned from a fantastic trip in Jordan. We rented a car from Monte Carlo and were very satisfied with their company. The communication before hand was efficient, there were no hassles with them dropping the car to our accommodation in Amman. We were unsure of our location at the end of our journey, but that was not a concern for them. They merely asked us to send them a message the morning of our last day to confirm the location for them to collect the car. The car was reliable and hassle free. Good value for money. Would use them again.

  We spent a week in Jordan and hired a car through Monte Carlo for the majority of the trip. We arrived at 4 in the morning and had the car arranged for collection, but couldn't find the representative in the airport. It turns out they were actually there, but didn't have a sign (so be sure to ask people at the airport if arriving early!). Apart from this small error, the service was top notch. The manual Kia we ordered was unavailable so we got a free upgrade to an automatic Chrysler with more room and power, which paid off as driving an automatic proved easier, especially in Amman's hectic traffic. The car was in excellent condition, clean and tidy inside and perfect for the trip. We also hired a GPS which definitely came in handy. The Monte Carlo team were polite, quick to reply to emails and date/time changes and very accommodating. Overall, very impressed and would recommend to people visiting Jordan! Thanks a lot!
