  The hotel is luxuries, the staff were professional specially the beautiful red ladies Bayan & sandra they made my experience more memorable

  Do not like the service and behavior of staff this time, it was better in 2017

  As a local club like radiance who bring ppl from outside of Jordan they're completely unprofessional You hiring security who has nothing to do with system There is something called eye security and hired head security know nothing I have friends inside they tried to let me in 2 girls and 2 guys and this man wouldn't let me in coz I'm not a girl with big ti**, I've been in many clubs but like this one I've never seen

  My stay was full of joy , the room was very comfortable and the food was very delicious , especially Bayan and Sandra from guest relation , for their handful help , also Mohammad from reception was so helpful upon check in , I would love to come back
