  I cannot describe the experience we had with Sherazade tours. It was a too good to be true sort of feeling but it was indeed true and even better than expected. First, we contacted Sherazade via email to get more details about Jordan and the tour we chose. Khaldoun responded with all the details. The way he responded reassured us that we had made the right choice by choosing Sherazade tours. Hayyan also responded to one of our inquiries. Again, we knew we were in for an awesome adventure and a great experience. We hoped on the plane with no worries going to a country we've never visited before. Next, we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Ahmad right after passport control. He even helped us get a local phone number in the Airport. (I'm glad I decided to get a number, it helped us communicate with our driver throughout the tour and we had internet connection everywhere. I highly recommend anyone traveling to Jordan to get a local number it's cheap, has great packages, and makes it easier to communicate with your driver). Next, we mat our driver, Alaa, who soon became our big brother. We had three amazing days in Jordan. Alaa even made it more special with pleasant surprises along the way and with the family treatment he gave us. He even took us to Shawbak castle (great location, fascinating history, astounding scenery). It was one of the highlights of our tour. We truly miss Alaa and wish him and his family all the best. We did have to say goodbye to Alaa a day before our trip ended. Sherazade sent us a different driver on the last day to take us to the airport. He was as kind and gentle as everyone at Sherazade. We were truly happy but at the same time sad that the trip was over. I'd go back to Jordan again for sure with my friends at Sherazade. Still so many places to see. I wish every country had Sherazade. Bless you guys and Godspeed!

  I really enjoyed the services of Sherazadetravel. Once I knew I had a 12 hrs layover in Jordan I contacted them to ask some questions and they have been very helpful without even asking me whether I will use their services or not. The reply to my questions was very clear, detailed and quick. Sherazadetravel provides pickup and drop off the airport with tours around Jordan that suits everyone's needs and requirements. The staff was very professional and experienced. The driver too was very polite, friendly and helpful. He made the tour one of great success. I recommend their services to you.

  Excellent DMC in Jordan that can do tailor-made programs for individual travellers and bigger groups. Reservation handling was fast and they offered us very nice options. Our private driver who was with us for 3 days (Petra and Dead Sea) was very experienced and friendly and the car was in a good condition. Choice of hotels was perfect and communication and onsite follow-up of the agent was great. We would definitely book with them again and Jordan is a beautiful country, with friendly and tolerant people and many different things there to see and experience.
