::بصراحة وضع البريد شي مبكي ، اول ما وصلت المكتب يقوم الموظفين باقناع الزبائن ان الشحنات غير موجودة ورجعت للمصدر ، وبعد الاصرار عليهم وجدنا الطرد ،،، لا يوجد نظام حاسوب ،الارساليات مبعثرة في كل مكان ،،تدخين الموظفين وترهل واهمال ،، يجب عمل خطة ونظام من الصفر

::IT TAKES FOREVER AND SOMETIMES THEY NEVER ARRIVE! Nobody answers the phone from all of the office, no tracking your items and no body offers help. Employees are rude and they usually dont know the answer to the simplest things!! This needs to be upgraded as this is the main mail service in Jordan!
