::ATM broke, deducted my account, but no cash provided. Waited 15 minutes with no solution. Staff have no sympathy, no help, only option is to wait or come back despite my repeated statement that I cannot miss working hours. Their only answer is “there is nothing we can do”. Terrible customer service, would NOT recommend.
