  We stayed here for a week for business. The hotel was clean and the staff were service-oriented. We ate in the hotel restaurant several times and had lots of variety on the buffet, both for breakfast and evening meals. The cafe was a good place to meet to touch base with friends or have coffee or a drink. There were a couple of graduation parties and weddings while we stayed there, and it was fun to see local people using the venue as well as tourists, families, and business people.

  I have a Holiday Inn membership for convenience in the U S but I use it in Amman out of preference. The people and the hotel are the best Amman has to offer.

  Conveniently located and near Al Madinah road. Property has an impressive lobby and a well run reception. Elevators need a bit of a revamp and room mattresses must be changed. For now 3* but 5* to staff

  Es un hotel amplio, limpio. Con todas las comodidades. Me encantaron los arreglos florales. El comedor ofrece un jugo gratis. Salones cómodos. Estacionamiento controlado y con vigilancia

  Very friendly staff. OK buffet breakfast. Decent fitness room. Rooms are old fashioned and the hotel would really need refurbishment. Noisy rooms. Good bedding.
