  Ok gym for people who just want to do some basic workout. Don't expect a lot of machines or a variety of free weights. The upstairs area is very small and badly designed. They should remove some of the cardio machines (about 12 treadmills) and replace them with a variety of other equipment. There used to be cameras in the changing room (!!) but they have finally removed these. They only have 2 showers. Not enough in the mornings. No pool or spa.

  my girlfriend goes to that gym, its really nice with good customer service. however it does lack some machines but the personal trainers there are creative and give good work outs.

  Great gym in abdoun with many machines and free weights. A huge indoor swimming pool and a spa treatments. Massage is available by appointment.
