  During several business trips to Amman, I’ve stayed in Bristol Hotel. My best advice is to STAY AWAY. It’s a nightmare hotel, which will destroy your beauty sleep completely! The hotel restaurant/night club is playing extremely loud music until early morning hours (02.30 am), which will keep you awake all night. Despite complaints from the guests and advice from staff to take action to resolve the issue, the hotel management is simply ignoring the problem. Although, some staff are friendly and polite, there exists an overall arrogance and ignorant atmosphere. I have certainly not felt welcome. My advice: find an alternative hotel. The Bristol Hotel is outdated with disgustingly dirty rooms, poor bathrooms and bad smell. Their breakfast buffet is uninspiring and simply not worth setting your teeth in. Stay away!

  This hotel is based in a "rich" part of the city with shops and restaurants that are similar to those in Europe. The hotel has some great facilities including a well equipped gym, swimming pool, steam room and Jacuzzi. There is also a health spa where guests are able to book a variety of treatments including Swedish massages and hot stone massages. My partner and I opted for the full body Swedish massage which cost 55 JOD each for a 50 min treatment. We stayed here for two nights in total on half board basis. Dinner was a set menu with good options on both nights although it would have been pleasant to have more choice especially for vegetarians. Breakfast was a buffet with fruits, various pastries, bread, eggs, meats and Mediterranean options such as olives and hummus. There was also a chef taking orders for omelettes. The room service was prompt and always helpful even providing us with an adapter to charge our devices. Wi-Fi is free for up to two devices. I would have liked this to be extended to unlimited devices as I think this would be a great benefit to guests with little or no extra costs to the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay at Bristol Hotel and would recommend it to visitors looking for a good 4 star hotel.

  I have been to Jordan thrice now and have stayed here all 3 times. It's a good place, not a lotta options for breakfast though. This is located at the 5th circle and the vicinity is good. There is a mall close by. A bit overpriced, try getting deals online rather than making a last minute purchase. They will offer deals to Petra, Wadi rum, dead sea etc but will be overpriced. It's difficult but teri finding uber and negotiate with them to take you offline. That's why I did 😋.

  Good breakfast and nice swimming pool. Room and room service are not fine.

  Lindo hotel con buen servicio. Muy amable todo el personal. La comida no tan buena y poca variedad. Hermosa piscina pero rechaza y después de las 17 no permiten ingresar más. No tiene reposeras. Sólo sillas y mesas
