Salman and Salem looked after us superbly at the Beyond Wadi Rum camp.... very nice comfortable clean tents with good beds and bedding ... pleasant food and camp fire entertainment in the evening .... enjoyed the camel ride back to village for tea at Salmans house ... would recommend highly .... call him to get picked up at Wadi Rum village car park

I loved it! It was amazing! I wound never trade the experience at Wadi Rum!!!! The owners and helpers were so kind. The supper they fixed us was delicious, the tents and beds were clean and comfortable, and the entertainment was a rare treat. Plus, the sights they showed us in the desert the next day were beautiful and something one would never see anywhere else!!!! But be prepared! You are not staying at the Marriott!!! You will be camping in tents, sharing a community bathroom and shower area with everyone....men and women alike....electricity is from a generator and only remains on about an hour during the night and not at all in the day, and you are completely removed from all civilization and in the middle of the desert. So, have your cell phones charged. I loved it!

Was really looking forward to wadi rum on this trip, and it was amazing. I hoped for the Bedouin camp experience so was disappointed when my partner and I arrived at 7pm to be told the whole camp had tucked up for the night. We didn't get to have a camp stove side dinner or shisha or tea under the stars. Instead, our host took us to his home in the village to eat, which was nice of him, but I would have preferred being told to arrive sooner not to miss out on the evenings plans and entertainment. We were dropped off at the camp and told that morning wake up was at 5 (maybe 6, can't remember the time now). The dessert was stunning at night. We sat on plastic chairs outside our hut just staring at the radiant moon and the flickers of stars drowned by the moons light. No sign of any camps or anything else near us, except for the occasional car. We didn't even believe there was anyway else on our camp Morning breakfast was a simple but good spread (and of course, super sweet tea). We went on the short jeep ride around the rocks, sand dunes (even tried to sand surf which was difficult getting up and coming down) and Lawrence spring. The scenery was stunning; I felt like I was on another planet. Refused to ride camels. Was done with the day in wadi rum by 11am and then checked out of the national park. Our host gave us a bag of tea to take with us which was nice, but I felt he was pressuring me to write a 5* review which I didn't want to do there and then. I deflected. Saw my first fruiting date palms on the way out. Word of warning to anyone visiting the desert, take plenty of bottled water for brushing your teeth.

Very nice place to stay in Wadi Rum. Loved the whole day experience at the camp. The sleeping accommodations were nice and comfortable. The view was incredible! There was power available for charging your phone. The food was very tasty for both dinner and breakfast. The people there were friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again!
