  I visited the salon in july, 2017 to get a hair color by stylist waleed, the moment I walked in I wanted to leave, salon decor was old, the stylists were too busy, not to mention waleed was suppose to ombre my hair, yet he handled the coloring job to some boy who was so unprofessional, and I asked him why is he coloring my hair, ur suppose to do it but he replied don't worry I've trained him very well. The cleaner kept complaining abut the color falling everywhere and kept moping which was so annoying. My hair turned out nothing like what I wanted. He couldn't even cut my hair cuz he was busy over spraying an old lady's extentions. Disaster

  I am an old client of Anis and I am sad to say that the level of service has declined considerably over the past year. I made two appointments and on both occasions the stylist was very late, arriving a whole hour late the first time and 20 minutes late the second time despite repeated assurances that the appointment will be respected. For someone who has a busy day and needs to plan ahead of time, I find the lack of respect for punctuality very upsetting. Management needs to keep a closer eye on scheduling. I was given early appointments twice this past week and on both days the water was freezing and the salon was barely warm.. I was given the usual excuses of how sorry they were because so and so was late and didn't get to switch the heating on in time...but the end result was me having my hair washed in cold water in a cold salon in the middle of winter. And to add insult to injury, prices are constantly on the rise with no comparative rise in quality or standards. I will not be returning to Anis and do not recommend it to anyone who values their time and money.

  Actually disappointed me.I wanted to have a regular steps cut, though i asked the receptionist lady for the best one can do it for me , and they refer to Khalid and sorry it was awful haircut,the right side of the hair was shorter , you know it should be equal right with left as a layers plus it didn't worth paying 100$ (68Jd) for this cut ,so my opinion is thumbs down will never go again.
