  Well, for this place it was called (Al Baleh Sooq, Al Abdali سوق البالة، العبدلي), then the Jordanian Authority moved it to Rass Al Ein. The Jordanian Authority created this public parking for the individuals whom come to visit (Ministry of Justice, Housing Bank for Trade & Finance, Al Abdali Project, King Abdullah I Mosque and the Public Security Directorate) For a nominal fee.
