Convenient to go to if you live close by and need a few small items. If you need more than that, go somewhere else. It is very expensive.

I agree that the staff used to be much more polite and professional. I am talking about the Deir Gbar branch. Going down hill. Also yesterday I go there at 11:45 p.m. One of the staff meets me with a glare and says you have 5 minutes. I said no I have 15 minutes he says no “we” lock up at 12. Anyways by 11:45 no one wanted to work and they were already to leave. The dairy and meet guy had already left. Only employee professional enough who was willing to work the actual store hours was the man behind the nuts and confictionary stand, who I think is not even an employee of the super market.

Products going down hill. Overpriced and even worse customer service. Never use the online service. The worst ever.

Outrageously Overpriced. They are milking the captured market given that they are the only supermarket servicing the area. They have managed to markup their produce in excess of Cosmo; which is really taking the mick. The frozen foods aisle is notorious for having unmarked produce so caveat emptor as you get charged JD 5 for a bag of frozen potatoe wedges! After being so happy at having a grocery so near to my home I now avoid it unless I need a single item. They have lost all credibility with me after the mockery of their 'loyalty' card and the whole price inflation and missing price tags phenomenon. This place is ideal for expats who get a tax rebate on their shopping; but it is severely insulting to locals who get no such privilege. Will continue to avoid shopping here until they learn to price according to the market.
