  Prices are a bit high. Reception people are great. After service people are not that enthusiastic. Technicians need more training. No offers on service. No warranty extension or maintenance contracts. Service doesn't support cars bought from outside the country. Waiting area is always out of coffee but, most of the parts are available and if you get there early you will get your car back by the end of the day no matter the service is. Overall, a lot can be improved
