  I purchased ticket Miami istanbul Amman round trip for $797 I changed the date of Amman istanbul, they charged me $650

  When it comes to flying Turkish Airlines, the service is excellent. Too bad can't say the same about the service at Amman office. I've been hopelessly trying to get someone to answer the phone for three days without any success. Shame.

  You know those stupid questions where you're asked "You have one chance to call a person, if that person picks up the phone you die", well if this office were a person I would definitely pick him. I don't know how an Airlines such as this which claims to be "Europe's Best Airline" can have such an awful service. Even when visiting this office (which you will have to since you aren't getting responses via phone), you will notice the dull, negative atmosphere and the lack of enthusiasm on employees which show no welcoming desire to customers whatsoever.
