  If there is No star I would love to give for them . First some of staff not helpfull ans no smile Second some of them doesnt have knowlagable and how to slove the problem whice is not from us . They are just like looking for paper thats it .!!! And just know ho to collect money . If u lucky enough will meet some of good personality person . Speechless but only one way to apply UK visa with them. Hope they get impove soon Cuz we also pay money and polite enough to ask for help that they suppose to do .

  The place is really great, they are very professional everything is clear, all the instructions are on the walls and all over the place, there are steps to get done with your application and the guards will tell you what to do and where to go, the staff are friendly and helpful, mostly people are mistaken about the services they provide and the things they are required to do! They are more like bridge between the embassy and the applicant, they are not responsible if you get refused or you got charged if you sent an email because these are from the UK embassy,

  I applied for my mom to visit me and my family my kids in uk 3 times each time asking for different things and last time we provide everything now we got refused again because we send to many documents and the believe because we trying to hard my mam doesn’t want go back and they haven’t send any documents back just passport and refused letter I’m really really disappointed I just don’t know what to do anymore I just can’t win against people who doesn’t think at all I wish very bad luck in your life

  very bad if i can give less than one start i will they do nothing , just they receive your application, and thats doesn't worth to bay 125 $!!!, and they will charge you for everything maybe your visa application cost you 2X original price THEY JUST WANT YOU TO PAY MORE!! be careful of their tricks

  The service quality is excellent, but sometimes waiting time is too long. Staff are really friendly and nice, and the waiting area is quiet and nice.
