::I actually have had a great experience with customer service . Customer care representatives were well informed and very knowledgeable. I should also say very personable. I got my emails answered within a very short period of time. I think Jordan have a come along way with regard to customer service

::It's a shame how most of the governmental corporations in Jordan are weak in customer service and so unorganized. Even if you went there by yourself you have to go through an unpleasant experience. من العيب انه في الاردن المؤسسات الحكومية بهذه الدرحة من الضعف وقلة النظام. حتى اذا ذهبت بنفسك سوف تضطر بالمرور بتجربة غير مريحة.
