::رحت سمارت باي يوم الاحد 24/6 أشتري طابعة.. الموظفة ما خبرتني أنه الطابعة بحاجة لسلك لتشتغل ولازم ينشرى لحاله فما عرفت أطبع.. رجعتلهم بعد أسبوع أبدل الطابعة حكولي أنه اشتري السلك وخلص أنا وافقت.. المهم بتحس حالك داخل مطار.. وأنا عم أشتري أجا موظف أمن بيحكي للشب اللي بيساعدني دير بالك عهالأغراض (حتى أنا ما أسرقهم) وأنا طالع من المحل موظف الأمن بيشيك الكيس اللي فيه السلك اللي شريته (حتى يتأكد برضو أني ما سرقت) مع أنه الكاشير بعيد خطوة عنه بس طريقة تعامل زبالة زي كأنه اللي فايت عليهم حرامي.. بالمرة مش محترفين وبالمرة تعاملهم سيء

::Best place to buy electronics. Good prices. They have good offers. Great after sale service. I bought a laptop 4 years ago and it's working perfectly. My sister bought a new one a couple of months ago and it had some trouble but it is working perfectly now without paying anything.

::I bought a coffee machine as a gift, we tried it and the coffee was hardly warm. I took the receipt the next day and wanted to exchange or return it and they completely refused to do anything about it. They are a fraud. Don't buy anything from them.

::it can be anything except smart!!! zero customer service and bad after sales service. Minimum 2 sales agents come to offer you help, but none of them is qualified to answer basic inquiries. They always claim that they are not specialized in the product and start transfer your inquiry to other agent !!! zero effeincy
