  I parts for my car and consulted the dealer to buy genuine parts but sadly , Mercedes-Benz Jordan - Aqaba do not provide the parts I needed anymore. I have to buy from aftermarket brand and it was very disappointing . We need original garage provider because if I want to repair my car I go to any garage that may have missed a problem with the car or falsely diagnosed the issue as something else. Alternatively, they may have failed to fix the issue or may have done a poor job of repairing it because he learning and testing in my car. If they refuse or are unable to fix the car, or they refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem with their workmanship then what we can do... Finally we need original garage to correct the problem , fixed at another garage and attempt to create the costs from the your company in fair costs. Please depending on the price of your product there is an expectation of a certain level of quality from the marketplace. Stay consistent in the quality of your cars or services. I hope you will understand , and that you will not be inconvenienced.
