  Worst experience ever, waste of money and time, will cost you extra effort and time due to their lacking of experience, not recommended at all, they don't have any added value; unprofessional, they only care, show interest and follow up prior initial payment, once the customer pays the amount, the interest and following up goes down to almost zero. You will save time and effort and will have a better knowledge of your application if you avoid dealing with this consultant.

  Without a doubt, the most horrible experience in my life, the staff is so unprofessional and most of the times they have no idea what they are doing, they will also make you do most of the work anyway, so I just don't know what’s their added value, because of the lack of urgency of staff my application took double the time and cost, and they didn't even get me a good Visa, while other people who applied by themselves managed to get better Visas with half the cost and time, they did such a bad job that even after two years of moving to Australia I am still paying the price of their lies, greed, and stupidity by living in a very remote area without any support you would usually get if you have Permanent Residency, ah yes my Visa is temporary but they will lie to you and say its PR, ITS NOT!!!!!!!! So my Masters degree from London and my years of experience in international companies got me this!!!!! While others with waaaaay less credentials are living in Sydney with government support because they have PR, I guess am the one who should be blamed for being stupid in putting my blind trust into their hands!
