  I actually expected them to be more professional and knowledgeable when I took my Ford Fusion to them for maintenance, since they're specialized in Ford and Mazda, they didn't seem familiar with the car and they gave me wrong information about the battery charging, besides that the problems that I came for to fix return again after a week or so. On the other hand, their prices and offers seem fair, and they're really good at dealing with customers, they were so very kind and gentle.
