  Are standing there and no one came, then another group came and they were about to be served first. Ordered butterfly shrimps and instead of biscuits, we were all served hamburger buns. After waiting 15 minutes I have to wait another 10 minutes for them to serve what was on the actual menu.

  The meal I ordered had an odd taste. Maybe cooked long time before I made the order. It was not fresh at all.

  Standard chicken. Too much batter, not really fresh. Plus they didnt accept card yet overcharged when I offered GBP payment, even though I knew the conversion.

  Slow service and a faulty credit card terminal. Staff refused to give receipt for a transaction that failed to go through.
