  What a horrible team you guys have I sincerely recommend some customer service training and maybe organizational skills. Bad attitude seems to be your mission statement as it's the only consistent part of my experience with what you call elite service for example Ive been trying to order a phone for the past year or so and am not exaggerating don't really have much time to follow up with my account manager (god knows what's his/her name) since you guys decided to change your team without informing the customers I must say it's the worst telecommunications company on (EARTH) however I wish I can switch to zien but unfortunately I've been using my number for a long time already that makes it difficult for business reasons but am about to reach a point where I don't care anymore.
