  Ottimo albergo nella zona occidentale di Amman (zona "3° rotatoria"). Moderno, attrezzato camere ampie e accessoriate. Dispone di una sala fitness e di servizi business. A distanza di cammino, diversi ristoranti di varie cucine. La piazza Hashemiti (dov'è il teatro romano) è a circa 1,5 km così come "Raimbow street" la strada dei riatoranti e dei ritrovi di Amman: "passeggiate" percorribili piacevolmente a piedi.

  Very modern and professionally designed five-star hotel. Excellent to stay or join conferences, meetings, shows... The Le Royal, is one of the tallest buildings in Amman. It's located in Jabal Amman area, very close to the 3rd Circle. The building serves as a host of Le Royal Hotel chain in addition to a shopping mall, cinemas and commercial offices. The building costed around $350 million over the course of construction and it is also built in a modern way as a clad building.

  My husband chose Le Royal for our honeymoon and regretted it shortly after returning to our suite after ordering room service and realizing that we had left the room around 5pm, and he had told housekeeping to come and clean the room after we had left, and upon our arrival at 3am the next morning, our bedding was not changed, our room service was still sitting in our room, and he had paid extra money for a romantic display on the first night, which was never arranged from the beginning. At 4am, my husband called the housekeeping supervisor and asked them to take care of the room, but all the supervisor could do was smile and say he was sorry. We were then escorted to the lobby to drink coffee while they cleaned the room, and we both felt they did not take our request very seriously the entire time. Our room was such a mess and to come back after visiting with family until 3am, and for the room to not be touched at all, was completely unprofessional and disgusting. When we arrived to the room, the fruit plate was next to the bed on the side table, and there was a random strawberry on the floor near the bed, which my husband stepped on by accident when bringing in our luggage. We should have taken that as a sign of the housekeeping staff's blatant disregard for small details, and oversight of taking care of their customers. This is a 5 star hotel, but their housekeeping and customer service deserve that of a cheap motel. The only area we would like to praise is the front desk staff, when we left the following day, my husband dropped his wedding ring down the elevator shaft to the basement, and the front desk staff managed to call someone to find it within the hour. This does not make up for the poor housekeeping and customer service from the hotel, but at least we left in a relatively good mood due to them.

  فندق ضخم وجميل ومميز ويعتبر من أهم الفنادق في عمان وقد افتتح في عام 2002.. توجد فيه قاعات للاحتفالات والمناسبات المختلفة وتوجد قاعات للمؤتمرات وورشات العمل.. وتتوفر فيه المطاعم والاستراحات العديدة.. وكثير من المرافق التي أعرفها والتي لا اعرفها.. حيث أني زرت الفندق أكثر من مرة للمشاركة في المؤتمرات والندوات وورشات العمل.. توجد خدمة الفاليت للسيارات بمبلغ دينارين على الاقل.. ولا توجد اماكن مجانية للاصطفاف.. القاعات فخمة ومجهزة بالاجهزة الفنية اللازمة لكن أجهزة الصوت بحاجة إلى صيانة شاركت في ندوة في قاعة جراسيا الكبيرة نسبيا وكانت الاجواء جيدة وكذلك شاركت في ورشات عمل في قاعات على الطابق العاشر وهي جيدة وتفي بالغرض.. تناولت الطعام في المطعم على الطابق السابع وكان البوفيه جيدا وتناولت أيضاً الطغداء في المطعم على الطابق الثاني وكان مميزاً حيث تم تقديم المشاوي اللذيذة..كما يقدم البيتفورات والحلويات المختلفة بالإضافة إلى الفواكه والعصائر والمشروبات الساخنة في الاستراحات أثناء المؤتمرات وورش العمل .. للاسف لا توجد قاعة مخصصة للصلاة ولكن يمكن الصلاة في أي قاعة فارغة، بعض دورات المياه تفتقد الى التنظيف المستمر والمتابعة خاصة عند ضغط المؤتمرات والمناسبات ولا توجد علاقات للملابس فيها.. بشكل عام الفندق رائع ..
