  سيئين جداً، عمرهم ما ردو على التيليفون. ودائماً النت فاصل مع اني شابك بأقوى اشتراك عندهم

  كل التليفونات معطله أو مفعوله لما بدك تحكي معهم يخرب بيتهم شو بطلوا ينتقلون من موقع لآخر دايما بغيرها الموقع مثل العربان من الشرطه

  Careful guys, don't deal with this company, it is actually not a company but a small shop with two guys in it. Wires are all over the place going from a building to another, so good luck having a stable connection during winter. Also it's very hard to catch support, they never answer the phone, I kept calling them for a week like 20 times a day and nobody ever answered. Another thing you need to keep in mind; they tell you that they will refund you 40JDs when you return the modem, however I returned the modem and I didn't get a penny back, all they said is wait for two weeks until we check if it is working properly. In short: 1. They are a bunch of thieves 2. Not Professional at all 3. They never answer the phone 4. No customer services 5. No technical support 6. No Infrastructure 7. No Respect A word of advice "Never deal with this company PERIOD!"

  اسوء شركة انترنت في الاردن ... انقطاع مستمر في الانترنت و عند الاتصال بمركز الاتصال كل 50 مره بيردو مره و لمى يجاوب اول شي بقلك ياه شلت الوايرلس و الموديم من الكهرباء؟ ويأتيك مهندس الصيانه بعد يوم او يومين لا انصح ابدا بهذه الشركة

  I don't think we have had 2 days straight with internet this entire year! Always cutting off and tons of wires running from building to building. Technicians and phone operators are super nice, but they really need to improve their company....
