Never ever think about these, try to avoid this stupidest ever service in this world, I think it is better to deal with south Korea post than this, they don't even know how to use phone! Seriously!

Service is not good for deliveries. Governmental mentality of employees are still dominant. You have to dig your way out!!

It must be against the law for the staff here to smile and to be friendly. Every time I go there I feel as if I am in front of a harsh judge or a mean traffic police! Add to this, some of them don't even know what to do. Last time I was there I wanted to send some post cards to friends. Being a stamp collector, I put stamps on the post cards (not an easy feast here in Jordan. Most post offices do not even have stamps to sell and if you are looking for variety in stamps, you can only get that from the stamp collection office at this building). Anyway, the staff did not even know what are the stamps for and why I had them on the post cards! He wanted to charge me again to put metered stamps! I kept saying to him I already have stamps and he kept saying what I have are not stamps. It wasn't till someone a bit more senior came and explained to him that my stamps are good and that I already paid. Of course, being a Jordan Post Office, both staff member made me feel as if committed the biggest crime of the century. Also, they have a museum for Jordan post at this building. It is small and nice but you are lucky if you found it open. They only open it when some big shot is visiting. Otherwise, tough luck. Not to mention, it is located in an area that no tourist will even find himself, or herself, in. The only bright spot I found in this building are the ladies working in the stamp collecting office. They are nice and helpful and always smiling and friendly. They can teach the rest of that building a thing or two.
