  اقوم بطلب الكتب منهم و يتم توصيله خلال اسبوعين الى الكويت ... في حال كان الطلب اكثر من ٢٠ دولار فيكون الشحن مجانا ... رأي فيهم فموقع جيد للطلب و الاسعار مناسبه لكن الموقع يحتاج الى تطوير اكثر ...فشكرا لكم

  Good firm; high quality service. It needs to be more organised. I spent more than one month to find their new address, just to ask them about books for Architecture and building engineering.

  صراحة تعاملهم ممتاز وعندهم كل الكتب وحتى لو ماكانت موجودة يوفرونها وهذا الشيء المميز عيوبهم هو التأخيرو سعر الشحن والتوصيل المبالغ فيه يعني الكتاب ب٣٥ والتوصيل ١١٦🤔

  تجربة سيئة جدا! بعد شراء الكتب يتبين انه هناك كتب غير موجودة ولا يوجد امكانية الغاء الطلب برغم عدم توفر الكتب! لا يجيبون على اسئلة معينة ترسل لهم! لا انصح بهذا الموقع ابداااا

  The website is good. People are nice. But there is a serious problem with supply chain. I made an order of 10 books of the most popular books. I only received 3 and received a refund for the others. My problem with that is why didn't the website alert you the item is unavailable before the order? what kind of companies that don't know their inventory?. I read in article that Jamalon is the amazon of the middle east. That's a completely false statement. They need to work harder and harder on their inventory monitoring and improve the availability of their books to reach amazon's quality of service. Companies don't succeed with a nice website. Personally, I would never attempt to use Jamalon again
