  Yikes! I have been multiple places in Amman in the past 9 years, and this place boasts a great experience but severely underdelivers. I was having gellish color removed, and I asked the technician to clean the drill head before using on me—she had just finished another client. She would not clean, and then proceeded to talk to other technicians about my request and laughed. If this is a “7 star” spa—which it is maybe a 3 star experience—I expect tools to be cleaned between each client. And to have my requests respectfully acknowledged. I only came here because my normal salon was booked. If you want an excellent experience, visit Essentials in Dabouq!

  I have tried this place on multiple occasions and they never fail to be a complete letdown.. when you pay 35 jd for a pedi and gellish u expect at the least descent work ... not in the least ... the pedi looked so bad that i redid it once i got home and the gellish was mediocore at best ... this was my most recent and well last visit .. ill stick to any other salon where i can pay 20 jd and get a better turnout ... ( if you’re wondering why i didn’t complain while there, it was too dark to tell in the place ) and i was there for 2 hrs already

  This is a wonderful spa! From the moment you walk in you feel relaxed. They always have tasty fresh juices and make you feel special. The best place in Amman for a manicure and pedicure. And their masseuses are excellent. Also, the perfect place to get a blow out of you have an event. Enjoy!

  This place started off nicely and their work was very professional but sadly the last 2 times I've been there, the skin around my nails bled badly and nail polish was not applied properly. Today, I gave them one last chance and I was 20 minutes late before I left (could have maybe waited longer if I stayed) and yes, I had an appointment. Not recommended at all.
