  Clean rooms, it has all the accessories that you may need in your stay. They provided a crib for our 3months old baby in addition to some diapers and baby shampoo! Room service was excellent and check in and check out were very smooth. The breakfast is good, but not good enough for the four seasons. The service at the breakfast was very slow and insufficient. The hotel entrance is not wheelchair accessible.

  This Four Season Hotel entrance is very elegant , On first glance they have a lots of personal (staff) available till you need something . I was sitting on the lounge for 3 hours just to have pizza the customer service was so bad that I got up and left with out the desert. They had 4 staff on the restaurant but they would pass by say that they would comeback and would take 20 minutes before I could see them again. I made a suggestion to the manager at the time of the incident . He insisted that the food be complementary because of the wait . I decline it and he insisted that the food was complementary as it turned out upon check out the food had been changed to the room and I paid it . My stay in this hotel was for 2 days but they made a mistake and cancel my access card entry to my room and did not clean the room for such. The hallway in which my room was located smell and even though our room was smoke free all the sheets and pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. I do have to say in fairness the the location is very nice and security personal very professional. I have stayed in a few Four Season Hotel since they are one of my favorite hotels but I will not be staying I this hotel ever again. I hope this helps good luck.

  Excellent service while we were there! Very friendly staff especially in the ground floor restaurant and the spa. The pool is very beautiful and the amenities/facilities are clean and well kept. The beds were the comfiest of my trip!

  فندق ساحر واكثر من رائع. يقع هذا الفندق في شارع الكندي في منطقة الدوار الخامس في جبل عمان وسط المنطقة السكنية الفخمة، وهو على بعد دقائق من حي الصويفية والمراكز التجارية الكبيرة، واذا كنت تبحث عن المناطق التجارية فهذا الفندق هو الافضل لأنه قريب من المحلات والمراكز التجارية المشهورة. موقع الفندق مميز لأنه يقع على قمة احدى تلال عمان السبعة الشهيرة ومن خلال الفندق يمكن للزوار مشاهدة المناظر الجميلة المحيطة بالفندق. اذا كنت مسافرا من اجل العمل فإن المكان قريب من مكاتب وشركات الاعمال في عمان. الحجز في الفندق سهل ومريح وموظفي الفندق اللطفاء مستعدين دائما لمساعدتك في امور الحجز وتنظيم رحلات وجولات سياحية في المنطقة. يبعد الفندق مدة 40 دقيقة بالسيارة عن مطار عمان الدولي بينما يبعد ساعة واحدة بالسيارة عن البحر الميت واذا كان لديك سيارة اجرة فإن الفندق يوفر خدمة ركن السيارة مجانا. مع توفر العديد من الوجبات العالمية فان الزوار سوف يستمتعون بمطاعم الفندق المتنوعة حيث يتوفر في الفندق مطعم خارجي يوفر وجبات عربية وعالمية ويطل على مناظر رائعة. بينما يوفر المطعم الاسيوي الوجبات الصينية والتايلندية واليابانية الشهية ويوفر مطعم فيفاس(Vivace) وجبات ايطالية وسط جو جميل وانيق. وتقدم صالة الفوير(Foyer) الافطار ووجبات خفيفة متنوعة. ويمكن تناول الكوكتيلات اللذيذة في بار السكوير (Square Bar) وتقدم صالة فايف جريل (Five Grill) الارجيلة والوجبات الخفيفة مع اطلالة على مناظر المدينة الرائعة واذا تعبت من الاكل فيمكنك ان تتوجه الى الصالة الرياضية التي يتوفر فيها بركة سباحة داخلية او يمكنك ان تذهب الى السبا والاستمتاع بينابيع المياه الدافئة والمساج. غرف الفندق مريحة ومنجدة وواسعة وعصرية ومزينة بالوان رائعة وتطل على مناظر المدينة الجميلة. وتصاميم الغرف مستوحاة من تصاميم كاليفورني

  This hotel is very classy but be aware they do allow smoking in some public areas (typical of most places). Rooms are very luxurious. Service is exceptional. Hotel is not in walking distance to anything of note that we could find but they have excellent taxi service just for this hotel.
