  Went for a Brazilian wax. The staff were very nice but clearly waxer not properly trained. Double/triple/multiple dipping the stick and terrible technique. I was scared of her giving me a Brazilian after the first strip so ended up getting a bikini wax instead because of this - very terrible, still have a load of stray hairs and wax everywhere! Not recommended.

  For the prices its ok. If the prices were worse i would rate it only two stars. The service is a little scattered. The place is confusing with all the doors and the staff doesn't really do a good job telling you where to go and escorting you after each treatment. I had a hard time relaxing. First the staff all smokes in one room which is part of the spa and there is no way that the smoke stays there it goes everywhere! I'm extremely allergic and developed a headache in minutes. The Swedish massage is not an actual swedish. I don't think their therapists are actually trained. Having a mother who is a massage therapist and tons of friends who are all massage therapists and having had massage from a small age almost on a monthly basis I would be able to distinguish from all massages available. Another unfortunate part was the Shirodhara. If I only had that it would be 1 star or lower. The point of Shirodhara is relaxation, not to include all the other wonderful health qualities it provides. The oil was perfumed which in my opinion is a no no. And the technician literally hovered over me the entire time. Making it really hard to relax and let go. Unfortunate. I do hope they experience Shirodhara done the correct way to see the difference.
