  Overall pretty good, the car had a strong cigarette smell and we were told that they would provide us with a ride back to the hotel after we returned our car. However we were told that they didn’t have anyone available so we took an Uber. The check in was great and they were super nice.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. They took a 300JD refundable deposit at the time I rented the vehicle. After the vehicle was returned, they sent my wife an email stating they will return the deposit. When contacted on multiple occasions, they would say you need to it takes time to refund and to contact your credit card company. I did and filed a dispute. I provided the credit card company with their email confirming they would return the money. They responded by concocting a story that their was unpaid for damage and that somehow the 300JD was applied toward the rental. That bogus story holds no water as the credit card company saw all the charges. My wife was charged 50JD for minor damage which she paid for during the rental. They are truly thieves and liars and I guarantee that neither myself nor my relatives and friends will do business with this shady outfit. If they want to correct the situation they’re welcome to do the right thing and refund the money they clearly promised. But somehow I doubt it.....
