  Avoid this company at any cost, every year people get strandid for days and are left out for their own fates stacked in buses because the company deals with completely unreliable cheap airlines. Customer reps simply close their phones.

  تجربة سيئة للغاية كانت رحلتين : الرحلة الأولى تأخرت مايقارب ٨ ساعات إلى شرم الشيخ والرحلة الثانية ضاعت شنطتي كانت إلى اسطنبول وعملت فيها محضر وتأخرت طبيعي بحكم إجراءات المطار وعندما خرجت لم يستقبلني مندوب الشركة وذهبت إلى الفندق على حسابي وكانت تكلفة التاكسي 120 ليرة تركي وتواصلت مع احد الموظفين في عمّان ولم يتعاون معي أعطاني رقم مندوبهم في اسطنبول ورد عليه إنه عمل محضر بخصوص الشنطة. ورحلتي راحت وأنا أشتري ملابس عمومًا شركة فاشلة ولا أنصح بها أبدًا والشنطة الله العالم أين ذهبت وهل سيتم تعويضي عنها أم لا !

  خدمة سيئة جدا.. وعدم احترام للمواعيد.. وحتى طريقة تعامل بتخزي سواء المكاتب في عمان او حتى المندوبين في الرحلة.. check out بدري ١٢ ظهرا..وموعد الطيارات ثاني يوم فجر.. شو ذنب الناس تدفع يوم اضافي من ورا سوء تنظيمكم.. اللي مساعدكم التسويق وال marketing فقط.. ياريت الناس تقرأ قبل ما تحجزوا معهم.. وانا مسؤول عن كلامي

  Very very very bad agency stay away from it .. their schedule is suck no planning delayed flights for 5 hours and the shop representive doesn't show respect and give wrong and not much information about the flights and the hotels also they just offer far far far away hotels from the city center of the preferred city in order for they to take commissions over people also they give wrong pricing list over the phone compared to the price that they give for people in shops.. I wish I booked another travel agency !!! ... OMG they ruined my vacation.

  One of the staff booked us to the wrong hotel and when I arrived to the location (sharm- Egypt) with my family(including my 70 year old dad), I contacted them to correct their mistake, but they didn't do anything till the next day where i had to pay the extra price that was needed to fix their own mistake and switch to the hotel that we wanted to stay in at the first place ... long story short this company does not respect the customers and does not even worry about their own reputation ... i am just amazed!
