  Rip off beware - they call you and promise you a free week, but on the first day you go there they take your measurements and all, but you don't get to workout. then they try to pressurize you to sign up, and sign papers, and they promise you the free week only if you sign up. There's nothing "free" about it at all. After this pushy experience you definitely don't want to go back there!
